This particular project was designed with the client with a skillion roof. The flat roof design takes into consideration the second storey views over the top of the alfresco patio roof, as opposed to blocking the views and looking into a pitched roof.

The project an Alfresco feel with the flushed painted Villaboard ceiling and contrasting to that is the Oregon timbers.

The skylights are made with a Polycarbonate  Sunpal Multi cell product with durability, function and class finish which is all within a timber treated frame.
